Why do we feel stressed from time to time?

Being Overwhelmed
People can feel overwhelmed with a lot of their responsibilites, leading to constant stress throughout the brain.
Getting Frustrated
Frustration can lead to immense irritation or anger, which can cause stress
Conflict
Watching people you love or you yourself getting into conflict can really cause issues for you in terms of stress, as your body and mind may not be able to handle negative confrontation

What are symtpoms of stress?

  3. Heart rate speeding up
  4. Feeling generally ill
  5. Frequently tired
  6. Cannot control upsetting thoughts
  7. Failure to sleep or consistently sleep
